At Vardhini Vastu, we are committed to providing a high-quality, personalised Vastu consultation experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking a consultation.
Consultation Booking
All consultations — online or in-person — are confirmed upon receipt of full consultation fees. Booking confirmation is sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no additional charge.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund, less any payment gateway processing fees.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before appointment: 50% refund of consultation fees.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund applicable.
- No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund applicable.
