Can I pay in instalments for commercial Vastu?
Yes. For large commercial and industrial projects, payment terms are flexible and discussed individually at the time of booking. Typically 50% advance and balance on completion.
Is travel charged separately for outside Bangalore visits?
Yes. Travel costs (flight/train/cab) are charged at actuals and confirmed upfront before the booking is finalised. The fee quoted for outside Bangalore covers the consultation only.
What if my property is larger than 3,000 sq ft?
Properties above 3,000 sq ft in Bangalore are charged at the Villa/Independent House rate of ₹25,000. For very large properties or multi-floor buildings, a custom quote is provided after a brief WhatsApp discussion.
Does the online fee cover a full analysis or just a quick call?
The ₹5,000 online fee covers a full consultation — a dedicated video call, complete 16-zone analysis of your floor plan, a detailed written PDF report, and a 30-day follow-up. The same rigour as an onsite visit, delivered remotely.
What is the refund policy?
Advance payments are non-refundable once the date is confirmed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the consultant is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling is offered.
