The Same Degree-Accurate Compass Raghavendra Uses On Site — Now Coming To Your Phone
Vastu Compass is Vardhini Vastu’s own directional tool, built on the 16-zone degree-accurate methodology behind every in-person consultation. True heading vs magnetic heading, declination correction, and 8/16/32/32-N5 pada direction masks in classical Sanskrit naming — all in one screen.

Why a purpose-built Vastu compass
Most people check direction with a generic compass app or a phone’s built-in compass — both point to magnetic North, not true North, and neither has any concept of the 16-zone directional grid that Vastu Shastra analysis actually depends on. Vastu Compass was built to close that gap: it shows true heading and magnetic heading side by side, applies the correct declination for your location, and overlays the same 8, 16, 32 and 32-N5 pada direction masks used in Raghavendra Hebbur’s degree-accurate consultations.
It is a self-check tool, not a replacement for a full consultation. A proper Vastu reading also accounts for floor plan layout, room function, elemental balance and — for Astro-Vastu clients — birth chart analysis. Vastu Compass gives you the same directional precision Raghavendra carries into every site visit, so you can sanity-check an entrance, a kitchen, or a plot boundary between consultations.
What the app does
True Heading vs Magnetic Heading
Displays both readings simultaneously along with the declination offset for your exact location, so the direction mask lines up with true North — not just wherever a magnet happens to point.
8 / 16 / 32 / 32-N5 Direction Masks
Switch between the classic 8 Dik grid, the 16 Dik split, and the full 32-pada system (N2–N8, E1–E8, S1–S8, W1–W8) that underpins degree-accurate directional analysis.
Classical Sanskrit Naming
Directions are labelled the way they appear in the Vastu texts — Uttara, Ishanya, Purva, Agneya, Dakshina, Nairutya, Paschima, Vayavya — not just N/NE/E/SE.
Property & Saved Tabs
Save compass readings against a property so you can refer back to an entrance, a kitchen wall, or a plot boundary reading without re-measuring every time.
